Do you offer a money back guarantee?

- Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarante on all Web Hosting plans and Reseller plans. However please notify that setup fees are generally not refundable. In case of doubt, please contact the administration.

Can i upgrade my account during the billing period ?

- Upgrades during a billing period may be possible by common agreement. Please contact the administration.

- During the check out you can convert the billing amount in your local currency. 1 Euro is about 1.2 US $.

- We keep all your Data Strictly confidential only for administrative purposes. We never share data with any third party organization.

- You can cancel your account at any time

- Please find the respective charges for additional bandwidth in the hosting plans. If you have reached the bandwidth limit you will be informed by mail. If you don't want that additional charges will be billed, you can request that we take your site offline until the end of the month.

- Yes you can host up to 11 independant domains on 1 single account. The technique is called Addon Domains in Cpanel.

- All our servers request SMTP authentification to prevent Spamming. You need configure your clinet correctly. If you use Outlook Express, you can configure your client directly from Cpanel

- Yes, if you need a dedicated IP adress you can request it for an additional charge of 1 Euro / month

- You can find detailed documentation at http://www.cpanel.net

- No, for security reason we never grant shell access on shared hosting. All needed settings can be made inside your Cpanel. If you need hosting with root access and own programs, we can offer you on request exciting prizes on VPS and Dedicated Servers.

- Nameservers may change from sever to server. You will receive the correct nameserver settings directly after the sign up.

- Every Domain Name ( exceptions for some country Domains) comes along with a Control Panel. You can change the Administrative Contacts, Technical Contacts. Additional you will receive full DNS services with unlimited A Records.

- Yes you can, Luxembourg Web Hosting will be your Administrative Contact in this case.

- After you have signed up for a Domain Transfer, in most cases a mail will be send to the Administrative Contact. and after simple approval the Domain can be transferred. It is very important that your Domain Name don't have "locked" status with the actual registrar. In case you need ask to unlock the Domain Name.

Special regulations apply for domains .org where we will need the authentification code, transaction id and security code. In case of .org transfers, we will give you detailed instructions.
